WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS AND WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIME?
We ensure to dispatch all the ready to wear items within 24 hours of the order being received, during busy periods it may take up to 48 hours.For special next day delivery (UAE Orders Only) the order must be received by 12pm to ensure it is dispatched the same day.
*WORKING DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE SATURDAY & SUNDAY.
RETURN/EXCHANGE:
We want you to be 100% delighted by your purchase.If you’re not happy with an item for any reason,Team Mumtaz gladly accepts returns within 3-5 days after the item is being delivered to you. Please note it should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective except on final sale items and if otherwise stated.

We guarantee our goods to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for a refund voucher.

The item is also your responsibility until it is returned to us, we therefore recommend returned items to be sent in a form of recorded delivery.We will not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Please email us on wearmumtaz@gmail.com with your order info and which item you would like to exchange for.You will then receive a reply within 48 hours with further details on how to exchange the item.
Please note all shipping costs are incurred by the buyer. Mumtaz will not reimburse the cost of return shipping costs.
The item is also your responsibility until it is returned to us,We will not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?
